This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Premium Business Systems, LLC ("Premium Business Systems," "PBS," "we," "us," or "our") delivers the products you purchase from the website prembussys.com (the "Site"). Because everything we sell is digital, this Policy uses the words "shipping" and "delivery" to mean electronic delivery of digital files. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Digital products only — no physical shipping

All products sold by Premium Business Systems are digital goods — downloadable PDF courses, guides, and templates about the business of trucking. We do not sell, manufacture, or ship any physical items. As a result, there are no shipping fees, no carriers, no tracking numbers, and no delivery addresses involved in your order. You do not need to provide a mailing address to receive your purchase.

2. How and when you receive your purchase

Immediately after your payment is confirmed, your order is fulfilled automatically. You will receive access to your purchased file(s) in two ways:

  • On-screen confirmation. A confirmation page with a download link is displayed at the end of checkout.
  • Email confirmation. An order-confirmation email containing your download link(s) is sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

In the vast majority of cases, delivery is instant and your materials are available within a few minutes of a successful payment.

3. Download links and re-downloads

Your download link is intended for your personal use only and may be subject to a reasonable time or download-count limit for security reasons. If your link expires or you need to download your purchase again, simply contact us and we will be glad to restore your access. We recommend that, once downloaded, you save a backup copy of your files to a secure location.

4. If you do not receive your purchase

If your materials do not arrive within a few minutes of payment, please take the following steps before contacting us:

  • Check the spam, junk, or promotions folders of your email.
  • Confirm that the email address you entered at checkout is correct and has no typos.
  • Add info@prembussys.com to your safe-senders or contacts list, which can prevent filtering.
  • Allow a few additional minutes, as occasional email delays can occur on the receiving end.

If you still cannot locate your order, email us at info@prembussys.com with your name and order number and we will resend your access promptly.

5. Incorrect email address at checkout

Delivery is made to the email address you provide. If you enter an incorrect or inaccessible email address, your confirmation may not reach you. Contact us with proof of purchase and we will re-send your materials to the correct address at no charge once your purchase is verified.

6. What you need to open your files

Our courses are delivered as standard PDF documents, which can be opened on virtually any modern computer, tablet, or smartphone using a free PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Books, Google Drive, or your device's built-in viewer). Please make sure you have a compatible device and a working internet connection to complete your download.

7. International availability, taxes & duties

Because our products are digital and delivered electronically, they are available to customers worldwide. Any applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar charges are calculated and shown at checkout where required. You are responsible for any taxes or obligations that may apply to your purchase under the laws of your own country or state.
